    Counter-Notification

    If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing a written communication (by email or mail) that sets forth the items specified below. Please be advised that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you materially misrepresent that your content is not infringing the copyrights of others. If you are not sure whether certain material infringes upon the copyrights of others, we suggest that you first contact an attorney.
